Want to Save on Your Septic Service? Here’s How:

🔍 1. Know Where Your Tank Is If you already know the exact location of your septic tank and the lid(s), that saves us valuable time and may reduce digging or locator fees. 📍 Bonus Tip: Mark it with a flag, rock, or stake before we arrive.

🧱 2. Uncover the Lids (If You Can)

If your lids are buried and you’re able to safely uncover them, you’ll skip our digging fee. Most tanks have one or two access points, often about 6–24 inches underground.

**Not sure how to dig safely? Don’t risk it. We’re happy to help. We only add a digging fee if lids will take excessive digging to get to. We will tell you before hand!

🛣️ 3. Clear a Path for the Truck

Make sure we have a clear spot to park near your tank (within 100 feet is ideal). Move vehicles, trim branches, and unlock gates so we can work quickly and efficiently.

🐾 4. Secure Pets and Let Us Know About Fencing

Friendly pets love visitors — but for safety, please have them secured while we’re working. Let us know if you have locked gates or electric fences, too.
